The Primiero Valley is a continuous succession of incredible events and happenings. We want to make sure that you don’t miss out on any of this and for this reason we have decided to create a series of themed holiday packages that will involve you in sensational adventures and experiences!
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many events have been cancelled and many others will have to be confirmed and/or cancelled in turn. We want to be confident and optimistic, we will overcome this disaster and we will all start again together in the best possible way!
On the first weekend in September, 03-04 September, one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer takes place: the Knödelfest, where the undisputed star is the canederlo, a typical dish of Trentino tradition. The main street of the village is filled with food stands offering over twenty different types of canederli.
The festival is made unique by the overwhelming music of the Tyrolean bands, the markets, the games for young and old and the colourful clothes worn by the participants.
This is the toughest granfondo in Europe. Cyclists can choose between 2 routes, both starting from Feltre, final passage at Passo Croce d’Aune in front of the monument to Tullio Campagnolo and arrival in the charming Piazza Maggiore, in the historic heart of the city. The “Coppi peak” of the Sportful Dolomiti Race is the terrible Passo Manghen.
