From a local taste pizza to a Neapolitan one

35 years ago, our pizzeria was a mainstay in the catering industry in the village of Imèr. Then, due to restoration and modernisation work, we had to interrupt the service at a later date due to logistical problems.

It is now 15 years since we returned to our roots. We have reopened Pizzeria Al Bivio for both hotel guests and external guests who come to visit us from all over Italy, Europe and the world. We have activated the take-away service and recently, also the delivery.

There is nothing more beautiful than seeing people smile at the moment of delivery!

Our pizza is based on simple but solid foundations: the wood-fired oven, the quality of the ingredients and passion.

At Al Bivio you will find a wide selection of tasty pizzas, both for lunch and dinner, rigorously cooked in our wood-fired oven, wood that we personally make in the woods of the Primiero Valley.

You can choose pizzas of all tastes, from classic pizzas to pizzas made with KM0 products. Our dough has various qualities such as high digestibility, top quality ingredients and the right crunchiness… but our real strong point is undoubtedly its lightness.

Classic or Neapolitan?

After months of study and trial, Bivio is offering Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven following all the rules of Verace tradition.

It is a Neapolitan pizza made with dough obtained from Mulino Caputo 00 flour, an authentic excellence in the world panorama. A pizza with a long leavening time, topped with the finest ingredients, a fundamental requirement for giving flavour and goodness to this special dough!
