Oriented towards the sun, Solivi is the southern slope of Mount Bedolé in the municipalities of Mezzano and Imèr. Solivi used to be a huge meadow but through the years with the growth of the forest, it was divided into many different lands.
Therefore, we were inspired by the conformation of these large meadows to create our four apartments. Of course, we are in the mountains, so the view is essential. For this reason, all flats in the Dolomites have a balcony. Savour your herbal tea on the sofa while the sun goes down… what else?
The largest apartment could only be named after the largest meadow. The Còste and Baladòi meadows are located in the upper part of the village and are always part of the Solivi.
This flat is our pride and joy. It can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed and its two separate rooms, both with balconies overlooking the pool and mountains. The kitchen and the nearby living room are equipped with every comfort in order to offer our guests an all-round experience. In the common area, there is a balcony facing the centre of the village of Imèr.
The Baladòi is ideal for families wishing to spend moments of relaxation and for couples of friends looking for intimacy and fun!
Our newest apartment is named after a meadow, but also after a small panoramic road called Coladina. This small path, which was once used to reach the Passo Gobbera and the “Masi” of the Almeroi, is the starting point for many walks.
Available in 3 units, one per floor, this flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is a very special mini-apartment because on the first floor, there is our iconic little balcony (also featured in our logo) with a view over the village of Imèr. An all-round experience.
The Coladina, equipped with every comfort, is the perfect solution for families who want to spend unique moments under the Dolomites.
This apartments is named after the western meadow of Imèr is the smallest of the four. But as we all know, good things come in small packages. This apartment has two entrances: the first is through the hotel hall and the second one is via an independent external staircase.
This apartment is the perfect refuge for couples who want to spend sweet moments together under the Pale di San Martino. The double room in total alpine style will be the soundtrack to your nights in the mountains.
This apartments, just like the east meadow of the village which gives it its name, is a real contrast. The light that, every morning, radiates the wood of the living area clashes with the cobalt blue of the sleeping area. The atmosphere created by the sunset lights will transform your dinners and aperitifs into an unforgettable stay.
This apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. A large balcony over the pool and mountains is a real treat for guests looking for relaxing while admiring the sunset lights of the Vette Feltrine, with Mount Pavione towering above.

“Trovato per caso su Internet siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Dalla famiglia proprietaria molto disponibile, alla stanza in Trentino sempre molto pulita, alla cucina (tutto molto buono e abbondante) al personale. Hotel da consigliare anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare chissà magari per il prossimo ritiro del Verona. Un saluto anche a Leonardo e Nicola.”
“Siamo appena rientrati a casa dopo una settimana passata ad Imer presso l’Hotel Al Bivio. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trovato un accoglienza fantastica da parte dei gestori, soggiornato in una stanza in Trentino pulitissima ed accogliente. Il posto è incantevole, abbiamo usufruito della piscina, anch’essa pulitissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. La pizza che ci ha preparato il Sig.Loris era deliziosa ed il tutto con prezzi nella media. Gentilissimi tutti da Loris, alla moglie ed i figli!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente….saluti da Bari”

“Siamo stati un paio di giorni, siamo riusciti comunque ad apprezzare l’accoglienza della struttura e dello staff. Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati, un ragazzo dello staff ci ha indicato e consigliato tutte le attività che avremmo potuto fare, informandoci su posizione e tempo anche, davvero efficiente e gentile. La colazione ricca e tipica con buona scelta. La pulizia della stanza ottima. La sauna il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Ringraziamo la famiglia/proprietari per la gentilezza e l’ospitalità.
